Product Description

H1500V-RG Raman Spectroscopy Compatible Microscope Heating Stage

The GoGo H1500V-RG Raman Compatible Microscope Heating Stage is specifically engineered for high-temperature Raman spectroscopy and optical transmission microscopy. Featuring premium JGS2 fused silica glass windows with exceptional transmission from 220nm to 2500nm, this stage enables researchers to capture high-quality spectroscopic data at temperatures up to 1500°C under vacuum.

Optical Excellence for Spectroscopy

Raman spectroscopy demands optical components that minimize signal loss and background interference. The H1500V-RG delivers with:

  • JGS2 Fused Silica Windows: Broadband transmission from deep UV (220nm) through near-infrared (2500nm) covers all common laser excitation wavelengths including 325nm, 532nm, 633nm, and 785nm.
  • Transmission Optical Path: The dedicated φ5mm optical access hole maximizes light throughput for both excitation and collection, ensuring strong Raman signal intensity even at elevated temperatures.
  • Anti-Reflection Properties: JGS2 silica provides inherently low autofluorescence background, critical for detecting weak Raman peaks against thermal blackbody radiation at high temperatures.
  • Replaceable Window Design: Both top (φ3mm x 1.5mm) and bottom (φ10mm x 1mm) windows are manually removable, allowing easy cleaning or replacement after extended high-temperature use.

Vacuum Advantage for Raman

The high vacuum chamber eliminates gas-phase Raman scattering from atmospheric O₂ and N₂, which can obscure sample signals at elevated temperatures. Combined with the precise 7.5mm working distance from window upper surface to sample holder, the H1500V-RG ensures optimal focal plane positioning for confocal Raman microscopes from all major manufacturers.

Target Applications

Ideal for in-situ high-temperature Raman studies of catalyst materials, battery electrodes, molten salts, geological minerals, and ceramic phase transformations. Compatible with Renishaw, Horiba, WITec, and other leading Raman spectrometer platforms.
